Professional fees for individual travellers and families
Are you planning to work with Bronwen on your next vacation? Here’s what you need to know about her professional fees. The below fees apply to those travelling solo or trips with immediate family. All fees are in Canadian dollars, GST is added, and all agent fees are subject to change.

- 1 invoice to cover your full vacation, reflecting all charges, fees, and any specific terms and conditions relating to your travel arrangements
24/7 access to your detailed itinerary available online or offline via our interactive platform “Umapped” when itinerary is confirmed (does not apply to flight only arrangements)
Sometimes you just need a flight booked and you don't want to deal with all the different fare classes and figuring out what is and is not included. Bronwen can help with that. Send Bronwen your travel destination and she will present you with 1-2 flight options that meet your requirements. You choose one and Bronwen will:
- Reserve your flight
- Advise luggage requirements and fees
- Assign seats (if requested) and advise of fees
- Ensure you are aware of change and cancellation conditions and fees
- Discuss your Travel Insurance options with you
If your airline changes your flight details or schedule, Bronwen will organize a suitable alterative for you.
Where flights cross country borders, Bronwen will assist in advising of any visa, testing, or health form requirements.
Professional fees for flight only bookings:
- Domestic (within Canada) - $65.00
- US/Caribbean/within Europe - $75.00
- International flights - $100.00
All fees are per person and per ticket required to be purchased.
Deposit: The full professional fee for the first traveller is payable as a deposit before a quote is provided. This fee is non-refundable. Where the itinerary is accepted by the client, the deposit amount will be applied toward the total fees payable for the booking.
Client may request 1 change to the itinerary after the quote provided, before additional fees are charged. Note: 1 email with multiple points for changing is considered 1 change.
Itinerary Changes: Additional fees apply if you cancel or change your confirmed itinerary. Any changes initiated by airlines, will be handled by Bronwen with no additional fee payable.

Professional fees for Sun or Cruise getaways start at $130.00 per traveller for a 1 week getaway.
Deposit: A $100 per itinerary deposit is required after initial consultation and prior to quotes being provided. This fee is non-refundable. Where the itinerary is accepted by the client, the deposit amount will be applied toward the total fees payable for the booking.

Itinerary Changes: Additional fees apply if you cancel or change your confirmed itinerary. These will be documented on your invoice and can be discussed in advance if you require. Any changes initiated by vendors, will be handled by Bronwen with no additional fee payable.
Just because you are at an all-inclusive resort or on a cruise, you can continue to customise your itinerary. You may like to add a day tour or activity. Bronwen can make some great suggestions and organise this for you. The professional fee payable will be $30.00 per person.
Do you prefer to freely explore when you arrive in a destination, with not too much pre-arranged? Then you need the Essentials package. In this package Bronwen will work with you to build an itinerary that includes your transportation and accommodation, leaving your days free to explore at your leisure.
Consultation with Bronwen for 30 minutes and discuss:
- Your destination(s) and dates
- Accommodation requests and requirements
- Travel requests and requirements
Professional fees for the Essentials package start at:
- 1-week vacation (1 destination) - $283.00
- 2-week vacation (multiple destinations) - $361.00
- Additional weeks are charged at $78.00 per week.
All fees are per person.
Deposit: A $150 per itinerary deposit is required prior to quotes being provided. This is put toward the total fees payable upon booking.

This package is for those who like to plan as much as possible before travelling, so you can arrive and just enjoy! We will organize as much or as little as you want in advance, including free time. During the drafting of our itinerary, we can discuss how you might spend your time while in destination and confirm these when and if you feel you want to experience that.
Your time can be scheduled, or we can allow for doing something spontaneous and unscheduled while in destination.
Your initial consultation with Bronwen will be between 30 and 45 minutes. During this time you will discuss:
- Where you want to go
- What activities/tours you might like to do while visiting
- The amenities you require in your accommodations
- Preferences for transportation
- What travel insurance coverage you will need.
Professional fees for the A La Carte package start at:
- 1-week vacation (1 destination) - $335.00
- 2-week vacation (multiple destinations) - $413.00
- Additional weeks are charged at $78.00 per week.
Deposit: A $200 per itinerary deposit is required prior to quotes being provided. This is put toward the total fees payable upon booking.

Everything, and we mean everything, is organised in advance! Have your transportation, accommodation, activities, dinner reservations, and even a babysitter organised before you step foot out of your door. This will all be detailed in your itinerary. While at your destination you will have a local number available for support or to arrange last minute activities and make changes to your itinerary.
Your initial consultation with Bronwen will be for 1hr. This is your opportunity to discuss:
- Destinations to visit
- Types of activities that might be of interest
- Amenities required in accommodations so that you are comfortable
- What services you may need while in destination
- Preferences for transportation
- What travel insurance coverage you will need
- What kinds of dinners you might enjoy while away
- Additional services required, such as door-to-door service for your luggage service or babysitting
Professional fees charged for the Full Deal package:
- 1-week vacation (1 destination) - $465.00
- 2-week vacation (multiple destinations) - $595.00
- Additional weeks are charged at $130.00 per week.
All fees are per person.

Having to change your travel plans happens more often than everyone would like. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover the value of your trip. This will also cover any professional fees that are paid as a result of cancellation.
