Day 1 - June 20, 2022
Giugiu, Romania - Embark your ship
This afternoon embark the AmaVerde ship and feel immediately welcomed. Settle into your stateroom with balcony and views of the river. Then head upstairs to have a drink and meet the other passengers. Lots of experiences are awaiting you in the next 7 days!

Day 2 - June 21, 2022
Rousse, Romania
For your day in Rousse, you have the option of 3 included excursions. Choose to travel to Bucharest if you were not able to do so before the cruise, visit the capital of Veliko Tarnovo or stay in Rousse for a walking tour. Each excursion has a particular focus to suit the traveller.
Day 3 - June 22, 2022
Vidin, Romania
Today you arrive into one of Bulgaria's oldest cities, Vidin. This city is a port town and is close to the border of Romania and Serbia and is known for its wines given the fertile agricultural lands. Here you have the opportunity to take a walking tour, pastry and yogurt tasting tour or a bike tour. If you are interested in the wine region, this is also an option.
Day 4 - June 23, 2022
Cruise through the Iron Gates

Even though you will not disembark today, you will get to enjoy the view of the Iron Gates from the river. Pull up your deck chair on the top level of your River Cruise ship and be surrounded by amazing rock channels.
Day 5 - June 24, 2022
Belgrade, Serbia
Arriving today into Belgrade's capital, you will see this european capital has developed and overcome its turbulent past of conflict and tradegy. Today choose to tour the Royal Palace, take a hike or take a biking tour.
Day 6 - June 25, 2022
Novi Sad and Ilok, Serbia
In Novi Sad you will need to experience to determine which of the legends for its creation are real. There are many stories...the merchants and craftsmans of the middle ages, the 12 soldiers and the 20 craftsman of the ages? Take a biking tour, or city walking tour to decide.
This afternoon we will depart from Novi Sad and take the short journey to Ilok in Croatia. Overlooking the Danube from 100m above, this town is your entrance way to the Croatian wine tasting region of Srijem region. There is also an interesting history in this river town. A city tour is also available.
Day 7 - June 26, 2022
Mohàcs, Hungary
Anchoring in the river town of Mohàcs, this is your opportunity to visit Pécs.
Pécs is a UNESCO-designated Christian Necropolis with a history of over 2,000 years you can explore the basilica, the old town or just relax in the Széchenyi Square.
Day 8 - June 27, 2022
Budapest
Upon arrival in Budapest, you enjoy your breakfast. Today is either the day that you say goodbye to your fellow sailors and continue home, or continue your journey.
